Client Rights

All clients receiving services at Southeastern Services & More LLC have the right to:

  • Receive services in a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment.
  • Be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
  • Participate in all aspects of service planning and decision-making.
  • Have their cultural, religious, and personal preferences honored.
  • Receive confidential services in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
  • Receive information about their diagnosis, treatment plan, and available services.
  • Voice concerns or complaints without fear of retaliation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their health and personal history.
  • Participate actively in their treatment planning and goal-setting.
  • Follow agreed-upon treatment plans and recommendations.
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other clients and staff.
  • Notify staff of any changes in health, medications, or living situation that may affect treatment.
  • Address grievances through the proper channels as outlined in agency policies.
